Executive Function Supports: Time Management, Working Memory, Task Initiation, Perseverance, Planning & Prioritization
This structured schedule helps you plan your day hour-by-hour while allowing space for the natural ebbs and flows of energy, focus, and real life. It includes a special transition support tool to help you re-enter your work with clarity after breaks—especially around midday.
Why this section exists
Many people struggle most not at the beginning of the day, but after they’ve paused. Returning from lunch, breaks, or interruptions often leads to confusion, lost momentum, or procrastination. This tool helps hold your place, gently reconnect you with your goals, and make restarting feel doable.
How it works:
The left side features a clear hourly breakdown from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so you can schedule tasks, appointments, rest periods, or focus blocks in a visual format.
At the midpoint of the day (between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM), you’ll see a small four-line reflection box designed to help you restart with intention after a break or energy dip.
Midday Transition Tool (Mini Chart):
| Prompt | Purpose |
| Where I left off: | A reminder of your last focus point—so you’re not left guessing |
| Don’t forget to: | Capture one thing that needs follow-up (before it falls through the cracks) |
| What matters most: | Recenter on your core intention for the day or afternoon |
| Let’s start by: | A gentle action step to help you restart instead of flounder |
